Dr. Hossein Gharakhani
Dr. Hossein Gharakhani received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA. He earned his medical degree from Kansas City University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at St. John’s Medical Health System in Michigan in 2000. He has practiced in the Los Angeles area for the past 23 years. He is currently on staff at Adventist Health Simi Valley Hospital.
As an Emergency Medicine physician, Dr. Gharakhani has treated hundreds of patients who suffer from Substance Use Disorder, Alcohol Use Disorder and Depression. As a result of his 23 years of practice, he has gained extensive experience with Ketamine and its various benefits both in an inpatient and outpatient setting. He has also been trained in Bio-identical Hormone Optimization Therapy and evidence-based Nutraceutical Therapy for the treatment of Depression, Anxiety and ADHD.
